This organizational employment service program provides individuals with disabilities with Center-based employment through which they can both receive compensation and develop appropriate work behaviors necessary for competitive, integrated employment. As an affirmative business, the program serves both individuals seeking to move on to competitive employment in a community-based setting and individuals who wish to establish a career path within the organization itself.

Building Maintenance Services
The Center employs individuals with disabilities to provide maintenance services in a number of commercial buildings around the community. The goals of this program are to integrate persons with disabilities into challenging community-based work sites and, unless otherwise set by the client, to promote competitive, integrated employment.
