Cesar's Story

Cesar has been participating in Easterseals programs for nearly fifteen years. When he started, he didn’t talk much because of a speech impediment. He is now talking more and more! He often times will great us every Friday by saying “Happy Friday!”

While in the adult day program at Easterseals, Cesar has had the opportunity to work in different settings. He loves working in Enviroshred and is super detail oriented ! Cesar’s determination to overcome any challenge, including those requiring difficult fine motor skills, may be most evident in how he continually practiced tasks like tying trash bags at the program and at home until he mastered it. Cesar now inspires and motivates his peers with his determination and confidence. He is such a sweet and gentle soul! We are lucky to have him as part of the Easterseals family!
