At the 2026 Crystal Ball, we were honored to spotlight two remarkable members of Easterseals Veterans Rally Point (VRP) whose journeys demonstrate the transformative power of connection, support, and opportunity.

Meaningful employment has given Karl the opportunity to build skills, earn a paycheck, and grow in confidence. His dedication and strong work ethic demonstrate the impact of creating inclusive employment opportunities.

Ashley and Delores are gaining real-world job experience at the Coast Guard Academy through Easterseals Group Supported Employment, building confidence, skills, and independence every day.
