Mark your calendar for Sunday, October 19, 2025 and join us at Winding Trails in Farmington, CT for our annual 5K Your Way Freedom Stride!

Whether you run, walk, or ruck, this event is a chance to move with purpose while supporting Easterseals veterans disability programs. Enjoy a beautiful course through the woods and around the lakes of Winding Trails, surrounded by fall scenery. Gather your friends, family, or team—every stride helps make a difference in our community. All abilities are welcome.
