Michael Wilk

Chief Information Officer

Mike Wilk is an experienced CIO with over 20 years in IT, dedicated to driving meaningful digital transformation in the nonprofit sector--committed to fostering collaboration, implementing creative solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes. He is passionate about leveraging technology to advance organizational goals and create a positive impact for patients, program participants, and stakeholders. 

Over the years, Mike has taught computer skills to program participants, led complex infrastructure projects, championed data-driven decision-making, and spearheaded cybersecurity initiatives to protect critical information. Currently, he is focused on guiding and supporting teams, cultivating a culture of innovation and efficiency, and upholding essential security practices. Mike is committed to continuous learning and embracing emerging technologies to keep Easterseals agile and responsive to the ever-changing needs of those we serve. 

Above all, he is driven by the belief that technology should empower people, foster connections, and create opportunities that enrich lives and strengthen communities.
