Overview
According to the Alzheimer’s Association, more than 6 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia. Early evaluation and diagnosis are essential to help individuals and families access treatments, plan for the future, and connect to meaningful support.
At Easterseals, our team provides dementia and memory services to help individuals and their caregivers better understand changes in memory, thinking, and behavior. We work collaboratively with families and healthcare providers to promote safety, independence, and quality of life at every stage.

Our Programs
Our Outpatient Clinical Services team provides coordinated, interdisciplinary care for individuals experiencing memory changes and for their caregivers. Services are personalized to meet each person’s unique needs and goals.
Our approach emphasizes compassion, education, and empowerment, helping individuals and families navigate memory-related changes with understanding and support.
We offer several programs that provide evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support for individuals and families living with dementia.
