Overview

Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern CT believes everyone who wants to work should have the opportunity to do so in a meaningful way. Our award-winning career development services team helps individuals build their skills, continue their education, find meaningful employment, and provides support throughout the employment process to both employees and employers. 

Easterseals partners with the State of Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services to offer a variety of Pre-placement, Placement, and Post-placement services to assist individuals with disabilities achieve their career goals. Additionally, we offer Supported Education programming.
