Outpatient Clinical Services

Easterseals helps individuals gain greater independence and improve their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Overview

Our Outpatient Clinical Services support both adults and children in reaching their fullest potential at home, at work, and in the community. We specialize in helping individuals with neurological, developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges build on their strengths and improve daily functioning.

Our experienced team includes licensed psychologists, neuropsychologists, therapists, and other clinical specialists who work collaboratively to assess, treat, and support each person and their family. Whether you’re seeking therapy for emotional well-being, a neuropsychological evaluation for cognitive concerns, or services for dementia or autism, we are here to help every step of the way.

Our Medical & Behavioral Health Services for adults and children include Counseling & TherapyNeuropsychological Evaluations, Dementia Servicesand Autism Services. 

Getting Started

No referral is needed for counseling, therapy, or group services.

A referral from a prescribing physician is required for psychological or neuropsychological testing. Referral forms can be downloaded below and faxed to 860-748-4432 once completed.

We accept most insurance plans — including Husky!
