Our therapeutic and support groups provide a safe, welcoming space where individuals can connect with others who share similar experiences. Led by licensed clinicians, groups focus on building coping skills, emotional resilience, and social connection within a supportive environment.
Group Focus Areas
Group topics vary throughout the year and are designed to meet the needs of different age groups and life experiences. Common focus areas include:
- Managing anxiety, stress, or mood changes
- Coping with loss, grief, or major life transitions
- Building social and communication skills
- Enhancing emotional wellness and self-confidence
- Supporting caregivers and family members
- Encouraging connection and belonging
Each group combines discussion, education, and practical skill-building to promote emotional growth and overall well-being.
Our Approach
Groups are facilitated by licensed clinicians who provide guidance and structure while encouraging peer connection and support. Participants gain tools for managing challenges, learn from others’ experiences, and strengthen a sense of community.
Featured Group: SPARK Social Skills Group
The SPARK Social Skills Group is designed for young adults (ages 18-30) who want to strengthen communication, problem-solving, and self-regulation skills in a supportive and interactive setting.
SPARK is based on the evidence-based PEERS® (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) curriculum and integrates elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote emotional regulation, mindfulness, and effective interpersonal communication. Through structured activities and guided discussion, participants learn how to:
- Build and maintain friendships
- Navigate social and workplace interactions
- Practice empathy and teamwork
- Increase confidence in social and everyday settings
Group sessions emphasize practical skill-building, peer connection, and real-world application of strategies for personal growth and independence.
