Overview
At Easterseals, our In-Home Supports program offers personalized services to help adults with disabilities live more independently and safely in their own homes and communities. Through caring, consistent support, we empower individuals to build daily living skills, maintain their health and wellness, and engage meaningfully in everyday life.
What are In-Home Supports?
In-Home Supports are individualized services provided directly in a person’s home or community. These supports are tailored to each person’s goals and level of need—whether they require a few hours of assistance each week or more intensive daily support.
Program Highlights:
- Daily living support – meal prep, hygiene, medication reminders, household tasks
- Skill-building – budgeting, time management, communication, and personal safety
- Community engagement – shopping, recreation, appointments, and social activities
- Health & wellness – routines that promote physical and emotional well-being
- Flexible scheduling – support delivered when and how the individual needs it
- Trained, compassionate staff – focused on dignity, safety, and empowerment
Who Can Participate?
Adults with a DDS-approved In-Home Supports authorization who are seeking to maintain or increase independence in their own homes or family residences. Our services are designed to adapt as needs change over time.
Easterseals serves individuals throughout the region with a commitment to person-centered planning, consistency, and respect. We collaborate closely with families, guardians, and DDS teams to ensure seamless, effective support.
