Our clinical staff provide services for the prevention and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional problems. Our staff also provides case management services to assist with program and resource accessibility. The following services are currently offered at our Windsor location.
Behavioral Health & Social Services
Behavioral health and social services focus on supporting individuals and families in a variety of areas including:
- Therapy and counseling
- Processing experiences
- Learning coping skills
- Assistance with applying for government or other benefits
- Case management
- Support groups
Counseling & Therapy Services
Our licensed clinical providers focus on individual, couples, or family concerns including mood regulation, depression, anxiety, grief, communication, and social stressors. Treatment may be short- or long-term and is focused on improving quality of life. As part of therapy, providers can also assist with identifying and connecting to community resources and coordinating care with other providers to support overall well-being.
Support Groups
Our support groups offer a space where patients with similar symptoms can process their experiences together, learning more effective coping skills.
