Our Medical & Behavioral Health Services for adults and children include Counseling, Therapy & Case Management, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Neuropsychological Evaluations, Dementia Services, and Autism Services.

How To Obtain Services
We require a referral from your doctor to schedule an appointment. Referral forms are located below. Completed referral forms should be faxed to 860-748-4432. We accept most insurances – including Husky! For any questions on scheduling or the referral process please contact us at 860-270-0600 x100 or medrehab@escrec.org.

Our Programs
Our interdisciplinary team of experienced providers specialize in treating adults and children with various physical, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive needs. We work together as an interdisciplinary team, customizing our treatment plans for each patient and their family, while our sessions are delivered individually to promote the best possible outcomes.

Speech Therapy
Speech therapy can enhance or restore a person’s ability to communicate through speech and other means. -
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapy program focuses on improving self-care skills, eye-hand coordination, home safety, strength, and endurance. -
Neuropsychological Evaluations
Our clinical staff can perform a neuropsychological evaluation to better understand what could be causing problems with thinking, understanding, learning, and memory. -
Physical Therapy
Easterseals physical therapy services focus on helping people improve their strength, balance, coordination, and mobility. -
Counseling & Therapy
Our clinical staff provide services for the prevention and treatment of mental, behavioral, and emotional problems.
