Easterseals Capital Region & Eastern CT is more than meets the eye. It is an organization that provides innovative programs and services that meet the needs and promote independence in the lives of Veterans and people with disabilities.

In 2024, Easterseals provided direct service to nearly 3,000 people through our services.

With our services in education, healthcare, and employment, we’re working toward a world where every one of us is valued, respected, and accepted in all aspects of society. Our Easterseals provides essential services and on-the-ground support through all stages of life including:

• Autism & Dementia Services through our medical rehabilitation department and leading neuropsychological practice
• Expanded Medical Rehabilitation Services including occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy, behavioral health counseling, and case management
• Award winning Career Development Services and supported education programs
• Compassionate Adult Day Support Services including supported employment
• In-home support services
• Social enterprises providing high quality janitorial; document destruction and secure electronic recycling services while employing individuals with disabilities
• Active Military, National Guard, Reserve and Veterans programs committed to successful reintegration into all aspects of civilian life.
